C&H International Estates was founded 2013 by Hugh Bloemen, Belgium and Camilla Wallström, Sweden with the aim of offering comprehensive commercial and residential real estate services to investors, property owners, tenants and developers in the local market Belgium, Sweden and International. We strive to deliver the best service experience through personal attention, to exceed our clients' expectations. Through careful listening and understanding our client needs, we understand the business drivers behind key real estate decisions. Our goal is to create a long lasting partnership with our clients to accelerate our clients' success!

Hugh Bloemen has many years of broad knowledge and professional experience in the real estate business in the Limburg area, Belgium and Nederland.  He graduated as a real estate agent at Gent University, Belgium. After receiving his degree Hugh started working as a broker for the Limburgse Wooncentrale, a major player in the real estate market in Hasselt. His main work was in negotiations commercial real estate. Years later he went off and started as co-partner in a well-known real estate firm in Bree, Belgium. Hugh is a long time member of BIV Institute van Vastgoed (Real Estate) and CIB. For Several years Hugh has also served as a board member for CIB Flanders. After 14 years of getting exposed and gaining professional experience both in a large real estate firm and one smaller entrepreneurial firm he decided to take on a new challenge with starting up his own real estate company with his co-partner Camilla Wallström.

Camilla Wallström is co-founder for three businesses. IT business that has achieved great success throughout the years in US, Investment Company that invest in startup companies and real estate in US, and recently C&H International Estates. Camilla brings over twenty years of experience in driving entrepreneurial companies to success. Her management experience is finance, business administration, HR, marketing, investments and strategy planning. She is active board member in few companies helping with the strategy planning to make it a success! She graduated in Sweden with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Sociology and received a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and a Computer Graphic Design degree from UCLA in California, USA.

Her appetite for entrepreneurship, and interest in real estate worldwide has made her to decide to take on this new challenge, C&H International Estates!
